Tokens for Business

Lose your attachments. Let your assets live.

Every proposal, report and deck your team shares stays the latest version, stays in your hands, and tells you when it was read. Fix a number once and everyone who has it sees the fix.

The Tokens library: folders of hosted files, each with its live link, sharing summary and open comments

The problem

A proposal leaves your company as an attachment

From that moment you know nothing. Whether it was opened, which version the prospect is looking at, who forwarded it where. Fixing a number means sending it again and hoping the old copy dies.

Multiply that by every deck, report, one-pager and contract your team ships in a week.

With Tokens, what you share never goes stale or out of reach: the current version is the only version, you decide who can open it, and you know when it was read.

Every link carries your name

yourco.srf.gg

Business organizations publish on their own subdomain. The short address is tied to the file, not its location: rename it, move it to another folder, replace its contents, and the link a customer saved months ago still opens the current version.

  • one linkone file, forever, whatever changes behind it
  • clean viewerpreview and download, in your name
  • rich previewstitle, type and size in Slack, mail and LinkedIn
  • tls everywherehttps on every address, no setup

Control

Who sees it. What goes live. When it was read.

Sharing and visibility are on every plan. Review, tracked links, comments and presence are the collaboration layer, and they come with Business.

Decide who can open it

Anyone with the link, anyone in your organization, or only the people you list, by email, before they have an account. The rule covers the preview page and the file itself. Named people are viewers, commenters or editors, so a client can leave notes on a proposal without being able to change it.

Nothing goes live without a look

Any asset can require review. Edits from anyone but the owner become a proposal: the live link keeps serving the approved version, the reviewer sees a diff and a private preview, and one click publishes or rejects. Every file keeps its full history, and restoring an earlier version is itself a reviewed publish.

Know when it was read

One tracked link per recipient: the CFO, the champion, procurement. Each reports confirmed opens, first and last open, time on page, device and country. An open counts only once a person has had the page in front of them, so mail scanners and link previews never wake you up. You hear the first time each link opens, and any link can be revoked on its own.

The conversation lives on the file

Comments, where the work is

Threads sit next to the file, not in an email chain three forwards away. Mention someone and they are notified; a client with a comment-only link can weigh in without touching the document. Each comment is marked as written by a person or by an agent, and the owner can mark a thread resolved when it is.

  • threadsreplies in place, @mentions that notify
  • presencewho is viewing now, who holds the edit
  • historyevery version, one-click restore

One list of what needs you

Activity gathers every asset with a proposal waiting on you or a thread left open, with a count in the navigation. Pick one and the file, its comments and its pending changes are on the same screen, so review takes a minute instead of a meeting.
